Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using our lead lists Use our proven call framework to engage leads and build genuine interest Book qualified client appointments and confirm schedules Track all call activity and follow-ups in our CRM system Join regular coaching and performance check-ins Requirements: Min. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent 1+ year experience in telemarketing or customer-facing roles Willing to learn, take feedback, and apply new techniques Motivated by targets and personal growth Eligible to work in Singapore Your Benefits: Pay: $10–$12/hour based on experience Appointment bonuses on top of hourly rate Intensive training that equips you to handle any call with confidence Be part of a growing team backed by a large marketing investment Fully Remote: Choose 4 out of 11 available shifts per week. Commitment: 16 hours per week (Four 4-hour blocks). Shift Options: Mon–Fri (8:30–12:30 or 17:00–21:00) and Sat (10:00–14:00).
