🏆 The Transport & Mobility team Within the Transport & Mobility pole, we intervene with key players in the transport sector (Mobility Organizing Authorities, transport Operators, or Infrastructure Managers), and this at all levels of organizations: from General Management to the operational management of activities. The sector is marked by current and future challenges that are particularly strong: modernization of professions, opening to competition, decarbonization, Passenger Experience quality… We therefore assist our clients in their various transformations to face these challenges, from the emergence to the support of teams working in a challenging, convivial, caring, and respectful work environment regarding professional/personal life balance. 🚀 Our flagship missions: Organizational transformation related to the opening of certain transport modes to competition (digitalization of processes, redesign of tools, master plan…), Steering of transport business or digital/SI transformation programs. Assistance in the evolution of user experience (shared mobility, MaaS) and creating another section on the range of subjects the future apprentice will be able to work on.
