You will join the Data IA team at Talan Sud-Ouest and act as a Consultant Product Owner Data within an industrial group in the aeronautics sector, interfacing between business teams, IT contributors, and Data teams. Your role: transform business needs into exploitable Data products, and manage a portfolio of Data / Business Intelligence projects at different levels of maturity. Your missions: Functional scoping: capture and understand business issues, facilitate and organize workshops, formalize needs (user stories and acceptance criteria, functional specifications, functional mockups) Product ownership: build and prioritize the backlog, define the product roadmap, document decisions, and ensure fine-grained breakdown into functional tasks Planning and monitoring: define and update schedules, risks, actions, and budget according to the client's project management standard, monitor developments and deliverables at the planned milestones Steering and governance: organize steering committees and write their minutes (at least monthly), facilitate team rituals and produce reporting for management Working in agile mode: POC, prototyping, and development by iterations, adapting Agile practices to the maturity of each project Quality and testing: write or contribute to specifications and test plans, participate in test campaigns and US validation, monitor user feedback and anomalies Interface with end customers and all stakeholders (business, IT, development, cybersecurity, support) Additionally, depending on needs and your interests: Participation in pre-sales phases (writing responses to calls for tender) Assistance in solution selection Definition of strategic roadmaps Design of functional architectures Management of master data

Holding a higher education degree at the Bac+5 level (computer science, data, or engineering), you have at least 5 years of experience combining a role as Product Owner and Project Manager around Data / Business Intelligence solutions and, ideally, experience in a consulting firm or with a large industrial account. You are capable of defining the product roadmap, building and prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring the fine-grained breakdown into functional tasks You have experience in infrastructure and Data platforms (governance, data quality and master data, ingestion, restitution, and datavisualization), as well as knowledge of at least one Cloud environment, AWS as a priority. You master project management with high technical criticality and know Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or Lean methodologies, ideally validated by a certification such as PSPO or PSM. You master professional English in both written and spoken forms: the client's usual language of communication is English and all deliverables are written in English. Your qualities: Possessing good interpersonal skills, you are able to work in synergy with teams, fostering collective intelligence to achieve common goals You demonstrate leadership and know how to make teams work together You are proactive in carrying out your missions and demonstrate adaptability and organization to manage large-scale projects
