The EPM pole:
Our 150 EPM Experts intervene worldwide on the implementation of Finance function transformation projects: Enterprise Performance Management (from budgeting to financial analysis), Finance Technology & Innovation (leveraging innovations in robotics, AI, or new technologies…), and Business & IT Consulting (from business support to tool selection). We also offer Consulting & AMOA support to business departments through strategy, project management, consulting and technological expertise, change management, and interim management. Our business use cases are varied: Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, & Supply Chain, combined with our technical expertise in Anaplan, Board, Pigment, Oracle EPM Cloud, Jedox & TM1 Planning Analytics. Your role as Anaplan Solution Architect Manager on our projects: A key player in the success of Anaplan EPM projects, your expertise is applied across teams and to our clients, through various missions: Design and Deployment of Anaplan Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy Anaplan solutions to optimize business processes, particularly in areas such as Supply Chain, financial planning, and operations management. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and develop tailored Anaplan models.
Project Management: Lead Anaplan projects by applying agile methodologies or the Anaplan Way approach, ensuring alignment with architectural standards. Ensure planning, estimation, and delivery of project sprints.
Data Integration and Validation: Supervise data integration and validation to ensure the proper functioning of Anaplan models.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to Anaplan end-users to facilitate solution adoption.
Continuous Optimization: Continually optimize existing models to improve performance and scalability.
Technology Watch: Stay informed about the latest Anaplan features and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Team Management: Supervise teams of consultants (Model Builders) and ensure the operational management of missions.
Business Development: Contribute to the business development of Anaplan offerings by assessing client needs and sizing projects.

The profile we are looking for for the position of Anaplan Solution Architect Manager: Higher education with specialization in Finance / Management Control / Information and Decision Systems / Logistics / Sustainability. Expertise in performance management and planning concepts for Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, or CSR functions. Experience with Anaplan: At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the design and deployment of Anaplan solutions. Anaplan Certifications: Model Builder, Solution Architect, Master Anaplanner certifications, etc. Project Management Skills: Experience in project management, ideally in an international context. Business Knowledge: Mastery of a functional domain such as Supply Chain or finance. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Your assets: Autonomous, organized, and rigorous. Comfortable both orally and in writing with good interpersonal skills. Available to help the team. Proactive and ready to solve functional or technical issues. Proficiency in professional English in an international context.
