The EPM division:

Our 150 EPM Experts intervene worldwide on the implementation of Finance function transformation projects: Enterprise Performance Management (from budgeting to financial analysis), Finance Technology & Innovation (taking advantage of innovations in robotics, IA, or new technologies...), and Business & IT Consulting (from business support to tool selection). We also offer Consulting & AMOA support to business departments through strategy, project management, consulting and technological expertise, change management, and interim management. Our business use cases are varied: Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, & Supply Chain, combined with our technical expertise in Anaplan, Board, Pigment, Oracle EPM Cloud, Jedox & TM1 Planning Analytics. Your role as EPM Pigment Expert on our projects: Within a PIGMENT project team and supported by an EPM project manager, your main missions are:

  1. Analysis & functional scoping

Conduct discovery workshops to understand existing processes (budget, forecasting, consolidation, reporting). Write functional and technical requirements. Map the target Pigment ecosystem: architecture, connectors, security.

  1. Pigment design & modeling

Model data structures and configure applications. Automate import/export flows. Define design and modeling best practices.

  1. Deployment & integration

Implement Test&Deploy. Ensure interoperability with systems (ERP, Datawarehouse, BI). Manage production rollout: unit tests, user tests, go-live.

  1. Training & change management

Train key users on using Pigment applications. Create educational materials (guides, tutorials, FAQ). Support adoption and promote platform ownership.

  1. Support & evolution

Functional and technical support after deployment. Evolution of applications or solutions: new use-cases, integration of new features. Capitalization: feedback, continuous improvement.

  1. Pre-sales & pre-sales (optional)

Develop demos/POC on client cases. Participate in responses to calls for tender, RFP. Co-facilitate client presentations and preliminary demonstrations.

The profile we are looking for: You have significant experience (2-5 years) as an EPM consultant, with proven expertise in Pigment (a certification is a plus).

You have a solid understanding of financial processes (budget, consolidation, reporting, forecasting).

You master project methodologies (Agile/V-Cycle) and know how to work in a team.

Your excellent interpersonal skills, your sense of analysis, and your ability to communicate with various stakeholders (operations, CFO, CIO) are your assets.

A good level of English is required for our international projects.
