Our Business Solutions entity supports companies in the integration and optimization of cutting-edge software solutions. We work with the largest publishers on the market, such as IBM Maximo, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, Hexagon, ServiceNow, and intervene with a diverse range of clients (large groups, mid-caps, SMEs, various sectors). The position Reporting to the Offer Manager, you will work on strategic projects for our key accounts. You will combine technical expertise, consulting, and leadership to support our clients' digital transformation. Your missions Analyze business needs and propose adapted Maximo solutions Design and model processes before their implementation Perform proofs of concept (POC) to validate innovative solutions Develop, configure, and deploy Maximo functionalities Write technical documentation (scoping, specifications, guides) Supervise and lead a team of consultants Propose innovations and support technological transition Share your best practices with junior consultants Contribute to tenders and technical estimation
Experience Minimum 6 years of experience in solution integration (Maximo 7.5/7.6, MAS, Openshift) At least 4 years of experience in consulting 2 to 3 years in a technical leader role Technical skills Mastery of Windows/Linux environments Languages: Java, Python, Shell, SQL Knowledge of Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices Transversal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to defend your ideas constructively Fluent English (written and oral) Leadership and pedagogy What we offer High value-added projects for leading clients A continuous training path and evolution perspectives A collaborative team where innovation and sharing are valued A stimulating environment conducive to professional development
