Our Business Solutions entity supports companies in the integration and optimization of cutting-edge software solutions. We work with the largest publishers on the market, such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Microsoft, Hexagon, and intervene with a diversity of clients (large groups, mid-caps, various sectors). Our solid and experienced Salesforce team is based in France and enjoys strong recognition. 🚀 Your role within our teams Reporting to the Offer Manager, you will work on strategic projects for our key accounts, participating in varied missions: integration of the Maximo CMMS software, JAVA development, and much more. 🎯 Your key missions 🔍 Analysis & Design Gather and analyze client needs in order to propose suitable solutions. Design and model processes before their implementation. Perform Proof of Concept to validate technical solutions. 🛠 Development & Implementation Write technical documentation (scoping studies, technical specifications...). Develop, configure, and integrate new functionalities while respecting best practices. Manage integration and ensure the follow-up of developments. 👥 Supervision & Innovation Lead and supervise a technical implementation team. Be a source of proposals for technological evolutions and contribute to innovation. Support and transmit best practices to junior technical consultants.

🕵🏽‍♂️ This position is for you if: 🎯 Integration experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in solution integration, particularly on Maximo 7.5 / 7.6, MAS and Openshift. 💼 Consulting experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, with the ability to understand and respond to client needs. 💬 Communication: You have an excellent ability to defend your ideas and express a viewpoint constructively, while being attentive to others. ✍️ Writing and oral skills: You possess strong writing skills and feel comfortable speaking, whether for technical exchanges or presentations. 🌍 Fluent English: You are bilingual in English (written and oral), which is essential for collaborating in an international environment. 💻 Technical skills: You master Windows/Linux environments, as well as Java, Python, Shell and SQL languages. ☁️ Cloud & DevOps knowledge: You have a good command of Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS) and DevOps principles to optimize deployments and environments.
