The EPM division:

Our 150 EPM Experts intervene worldwide on the implementation of Finance function transformation projects: Enterprise Performance Management (from budgeting to financial analysis), Finance Technology & Innovation (taking advantage of innovations in robotics, IA, or new technologies...), and Business & IT Consulting (from business support to tool selection). We also offer Consulting & AMOA support to business departments through strategy, project management, consulting and technological expertise, change management, and interim management. Our business use cases are varied: Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, & Supply Chain, combined with our technical expertise in Anaplan, Board, Pigment, Oracle EPM Cloud, Jedox & TM1 Planning Analytics. Your role as an EPM Consultant (Anaplan, Board, or Pigment) on our projects: Within an EPM project team and supported by an EPM project manager, your main missions are: Under the supervision of a Manager or a Senior, you intervene on the entire lifecycle of an EPM project: Scoping & Functional Design: Analysis of business processes (P&L, Workforce Planning, S&OP). Translation of User Stories into data architecture diagrams (Multidimensional modeling). Definition of list granularity and hierarchies.

Technical Modeling & Parameterization: Anaplan: Design of complex modules, writing optimized formulas (DISCO logic), management of roles and selectivity. Pigment: Creation of flexible data structures, use of Blocks, management of aggregations and native transactions. Board: Configuration of the database (Cubes, Entities), creation of calculation procedures, and implementation of Data Entry.

Flow Architecture & Data Integration: Implementation of ETL (CloudWorks, Anaplan Connect, or native Pigment/Board connectors). Automation of imports/exports from ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Workday) or Data Lakes (Snowflake, Azure). Data reconciliation and implementation of integrity controls (Data Quality).

User Experience (UX/UI) & Reporting: Construction of dynamic Dashboards and interactive Boards. Optimization of response times (Performance Tuning). Implementation of scenario simulations (What-if analysis) and budgetary versions.

Delivery & Change Management: Participation in Agile rituals (Sprints, Daily Stand-up). Execution of unit tests and support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Writing of the Technical Architecture Document (DAT) and training materials.

The profile we are looking for: EPM Consultant (Anaplan • Board • Pigment) We are looking for a hybrid profile, capable of understanding the business challenges of the Finance Department while having a real appetite for algorithmic logic and data structure. Top-tier education: Graduate of a Grande École d’Ingénieur, Business School, or a specialized Master's (Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain). Experience (minimum 3 years in CDI on EPM topics): You have completed a significant internship or apprenticeship in consulting or management control, ideally with exposure to a BI or EPM tool. Subsequently, you have progressed for the last 3 years in CDI on EPM projects. You have already participated in a successful implementation or the run of an Anaplan (Model Builder), Pigment, or Board application. A certification in one of these technologies is a major asset. Technical & Analytical Skills: Mandatory mastery of one of these tools: Anaplan, Board, or Pigment. Advanced mastery of Excel (complex formulas, Power Query). Understanding of multidimensional modeling (Cubes, Dimensions, Lists). Ability to manipulate large volumes of data and understand ETL flows. Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent English (Mandatory) Ability to work in an international context, to write technical specifications in English, and to actively participate in meetings with English-speaking clients.
