Reporting to the D365 Consultant Manager, and a key member of the Microsoft team, the Senior ERP Consultant plays a strategic role in supporting our clients toward the optimization of their logistics processes. You will lead high-value ERP implementation projects, transforming business needs into concrete and high-performing functional solutions. As a recognized expert in logistics on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, you will leverage your expertise to model, configure, and deploy innovative solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and the growth of our clients. Your contribution will be direct and tangible, from initial analysis to production, guaranteeing technological alignment with strategic objectives. Your mission consists of: Business Knowledge & Functional Expertise Thoroughly analyze client business needs and translate them into robust functional solutions in D365 F&O, notably for warehouse management (WMS), inventory, purchasing, sales, and distribution. Ensure constant technological watch on the evolutions of the D365 F&O Supply Chain module to propose cutting-edge innovative solutions. Operational Excellence & Project Management Intervene in all phases of the ERP project lifecycle, from scoping to go-live and post-implementation support, guaranteeing the achievement of quality and performance objectives. Develop rigorous functional documentation (specifications, test scenarios, user guides) and configure modules for maximum optimization. Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship Mentor junior consultants, share internal best practices and actively contribute to the collective skill development of the team. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the seamless integration of solutions with other D365 F&O modules (finance, production). Communication & Client Relations Facilitate client workshops, provide strategic advice and guide clients in their technological and organizational choices. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout projects. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, information systems or equivalent field.
