The EPM division:
Our 150 EPM Experts intervene worldwide on the implementation of Finance function transformation projects: Enterprise Performance Management (from budgeting to financial analysis), Finance Technology & Innovation (taking advantage of innovations in robotics, IA, or new technologies...), and Business & IT Consulting (from business support to tool selection). We also offer Consulting & AMOA support to business departments through strategy, project management, consulting and technological expertise, change management, and interim management. Your role as EPM Project Manager: Under the supervision of a Project Director or an EPM Senior Manager, you will intervene across the entire lifecycle of an EPM project: Project scoping in collaboration with clients: planning, resources, RACI, risks, etc. Project management (waterfall or agile): Facilitating meetings, monitoring deadlines, arbitration, and communication to stakeholders. Supervising the consultant team across all key phases of the project: Analysis of planning, budgeting, re-forecasting, simulation, consolidation, and reporting processes Definition of processes and management indicators Definition and scoping of solutions to be implemented Design and specification of solutions Configuration of solutions Quality analysis and validation of project deliverables Definition of the testing strategy and monitoring progress Managing change management Acting as a Micropole ambassador to clients #LI-FK1
The profile we are looking for: Your profile: EPM Project Manager You must have at least one successful experience as a project manager on EPM issues. You have a higher education background with a specialization in Finance / Management Control / Information and Decision Systems / Logistics / Sustainability. You are comfortable with performance management and planning concepts for Finance, Supply chain, Commercial, HR, or CSR functions. You master one of the following EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions: Anaplan / Board / Pigment / Oracle EPM Cloud / Jedox / IBM... Linguistic proficiency: Fluent English (Mandatory). Ability to work in an international context, to write technical specifications in English, and to participate actively in meetings with English-speaking clients. Understanding of financial consolidation or budget planning processes. A first approach to Agile methodology (Scrum). Your soft skills: Structured mindset: You know how to break down a complex problem into logical steps. Client Orientation: You are able to simplify technical concepts for business users. Intellectual curiosity: The EPM market evolves quickly; you are eager to learn new technologies (moving from Anaplan to Pigment, exploring Board, etc.). Why join us?
