Join us and lead large-scale CMMS projects! Reporting to the EAM Advisory Offer Manager, you will work with key accounts on missions involving the integration of software packages such as Maximo, Hexagon, and many others. 🔹 Your role: Supervise and manage the engineering team while guaranteeing the quality of deliverables. Be the key interlocutor for the project manager on the client side regarding operational aspects. Leverage your CMMS expertise to design and deploy adapted solutions. Drive project planning and monitoring: definition of the schedule, monitoring of workloads (consumed/forecasted), budget management, reporting, and distribution of indicators within the framework of ceremonies. Define and orchestrate the deployment strategy, the coordination of testing phases, and the optimization of business processes. 💡 A key role where technical expertise, project management, and leadership meet to support our clients' digital transformation!
🕵🏽♂️ This position is for you if: 🎓 You have a Master's degree (Engineering school or Master 2 in business school) with an industrial specialization. ✅ You have at least 5 years of experience in managing CMMS software integration projects, using a fixed-price approach. 🚀 You master Agile and V-Cycle methodologies, and know how to adapt your approach according to project challenges. 🌍 You speak English, allowing you to operate in an international environment. Occasional travel to our clients is to be expected. 🎯 You have natural leadership, capable of uniting a project team and defending your positions with clarity and diplomacy. 📝 Your writing skills and oral ease allow you to formalize structured deliverables and interact effectively with all stakeholders.
