Electronics Technician (f/m/d)

In this role, you will use your technical know-how to ensure the reliable availability of our complex pharmaceutical production plants and make a decisive contribution to safe and smooth operations through calibrations and testing.

What you will contribute:

• Ensuring the high technical availability of complex pharmaceutical production plants for tablets and capsules, as well as the associated building, plant, and warehouse technology
• Support and optimization of automation and control technology such as SPS, SCADA, MSR, and drive technology in a GMP-regulated environment
• Testing, diagnosis, and optimization of measuring, sensor, and interface systems, including connection to SPS and SCADA
• Carrying out calibrations as well as initial and repeat tests on plants, machines, and devices, including evaluation of results and derivation of technical measures
• Independent execution of inspection, maintenance, and servicing measures on automation and electrical engineering systems
• Troubleshooting and rectification of electrical, electronic, and pneumatic faults in production and infrastructure plants
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, support for qualification measures, as well as professional management of external partners and continuous improvements

In this position, you will report to the Group Leader Bulk Maintenance.

What you bring to Takeda:

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, e.g., as an Electronics Technician for Automation and System Technology or for Industrial Engineering, or as an Industrial Electronics Technician
• Good knowledge of pneumatics, measurement technology, as well as drive and control technology
• Advanced knowledge in programmable logic controllers (SPS) for the control and regulation of machines
• Good IT skills, especially in MS Office and SAP
• Basic English skills as well as willingness to work shifts and be on call
• Fulfillment of the requirements for skilled electricians according to DIN VDE 1000-10 as well as qualification as a person authorized to perform examinations according to TRBS 1203
• Independent, structured way of working as well as high initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
