Your tasks:
Administration of our company vehicles (incl. configuration, requests for quotations, orders)
Central contact person for office furniture equipment (including office furniture orders, organization and support with assembly and delivery, organization of office moves)
Optimized and cost-effective inventory management (furniture and beverages)
Support and administration of the Kaba access control system (access cards)
Support for foreign employees (e.g., housing, authority visits) as well as housing procurement for new employees
Support of a global project (e.g., organization of moves, rental agreements, accommodation, transport, office solutions)
Monitoring and coordination of building-related measures and building cleaning
Process optimization and cost-saving projects for the General Affairs area
Monthly billing (cola machine and franking machine)
Courier trips, procurement of market samples
Request for quotations and purchase requisitions in the GA area
Your profile:
You have successfully completed commercial training or several years of relevant professional experience as well as leadership experience
You enjoy taking responsibility for your team and have the ability to lead personnel
You bring a high degree of personal responsibility, commitment, and organizational skills
You have very good written and spoken English skills
Good SAP knowledge and Office skills round off your profile
