QC Supervisor

• Supervise quality inspection of raw materials (Incoming), during production (In-process), and finished goods (Final Inspection)
• Analyze causes of defects and determine corrective/preventive actions (Corrective Action)
• Manage the QC team and prepare daily/monthly quality summary reports for supervisors

Qualifications: Male/Female, age 30-40 years old Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or other related fields Knowledge and understanding of Wire Harness production processes, reading Drawings, and relevant quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) 3-5 years of experience in quality control and inspection (QC/QA) in a Wire Harness manufacturing plant Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ability to communicate in English or Japanese Management and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise subordinates and manage a team Ability to analyze problems using quality tools such as 8D Report, Why-Why Analysis Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as Vernier, Micrometer, Gauge Detail-oriented, decisive, and able to work under pressure
