- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly.
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction during service.
- Handle customer complaints or requests professionally.
- Prepare and arrange tables before and after service.
- Process bills and payments where required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
Requirements
- Minimum High School (S.S.C.E)
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
