We are seeking a highly capable talent acquisition specialist to join a leading international industrial group specializing in the aluminum sector. Your tasks
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized engineering, technical, and senior management positions.
- Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, headhunting, and specialized databases.
- Conduct screening, preliminary assessments, and candidate negotiations within designated budget parameters.
- Prepare and monitor key recruitment reports and KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline status).
- Handle bulk/volume recruitment drives and recruitment events as needed.
Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven background recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, EPC, construction, or recruitment/manpower outsourcing environments.
- Track record of recruiting both engineering/technical roles and corporate/senior management roles.
- Strong closing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment metrics, ATS software, and reporting tools.
