Cybersecurity Engineer

Your tasks

We are seeking a skilled cybersecurity engineer to monitor and protect network infrastructure, manage firewall configurations, investigate security incidents, and identify potential vulnerabilities.

• Monitor network security and identify threats
• Configure and manage firewall rules and security policies
• Investigate security incidents
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend security improvements
• Maintain security documentation and incident reports

Requirements

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity or network security
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in firewall management and network security
• Strong understanding of network security principles
• Practical experience in firewall configuration and management
• Knowledge of security monitoring and incident response
• Good English communication skills

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools, particularly Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel
• CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or an equivalent cybersecurity certification
