About the company

We are hiring dynamic, highly motivated, and target-driven Business Development Executives for a premier corporate services and business setup consultancy in Dubai. This role offers an incredible growth opportunity with a high-earning commission structure designed for top performers.

Your tasks

• Acquire new B2B clients interested in company formation and corporate setup in Dubai.
• Provide professional consultation on UAE business licensing, Freezone, and Mainland setup.
• Lead sales negotiations and successfully close B2B deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development (experience in business setup or corporate consultancy in the UAE is a strong plus).
• Location: Must be currently located in Dubai and available to work on-site.
• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory.
• Profile: Highly professional, presentable, and results oriented.

What we offer

Basic salary plus uncapped lucrative commission structure (earning potential up to 3x basic salary based on performance).
