Junior Relationship Manager

This is a contract role for maternity coverage. Responsibilities : Understand client’s needs, develop and maintain client relationship and conclude client’s deals efficiently Maintain excellent account management, co-ordinating with product partners and colleagues locally and overseas Manage client queries and problem resolution in timely manner, liaising with risk management, operations and compliance locally and overseas Maximize the portfolio of corporate client’s revenue potential by increasing product penetration and active cross-selling of the bank’s services Requirements : Degree in Banking and Finance or related discipline. Minimium 5 years of working experience in customer relationship in corporate banking. Strong desire to achieve results. Independent with good coordination and interpersonal communication skills. Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking business associates.
