DRAFTER

Utilize Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD or SolidWorks for 2D and 3D mechanical design and drafting in accordance with engineering standards. Prepare Mechanical Bills of Materials (BOM), technical documentation and engineering reports. Develop budget estimates, costing and resource requirements for machine development projects. Prepare statistical reports and undertake other ad-hoc engineering duties as assigned.

Ability to perform engineering simulations and analyze test data involving mechanical components, fluid flow and structural stress. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project. Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical drawing skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to undertake other ad-hoc engineering duties as assigned.
