Group FP&A Manager
About the company
Circa £100,000 + Benefits Tailored Search are working with a high-growth business looking to appoint a Group FP&A Manager into a key role within their finance team.
Your tasks
This is a broad, commercially focused role working across the Group, providing senior leadership with the insight they need to understand performance, challenge the numbers and support future growth.
You’ll take ownership of Group-wide planning and performance, including:
- Leading Group budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
- Providing insight into financial and operational performance across the Group
- Developing financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions
- Producing Board, senior leadership and investor reporting
- Driving consistency across KPIs and management information
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to improve performance
- Supporting acquisitions, integrations and wider strategic projects
- Improving reporting, data and BI capability
- Leading and developing a small team
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience
- Experience operating at Group level, ideally within a complex or multi-entity business
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Exposure to a PE-backed, acquisitive or high-growth environment would be advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI and/or SQL beneficial
