The Sustainability and Compliance Executive supports the Group’s sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance framework across all subsidiaries. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and well documented sustainability disclosures in alignment with identified material topics and applicable reporting standards. Working closely with business units and external consultants, the incumbent will coordinate data consolidation, strengthen reporting processes, and uphold governance standards to support the Group’s sustainability commitments and listing obligations. Key Responsibilities: Sustainability Data Coordination and Collation

Coordinate the collection of sustainability data from subsidiaries and business units.

Consolidate and align submitted data according to the Group’s identified material topics.

Review data submissions for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.

Maintain proper documentation and audit trails to support reporting and future assurance requirements.

Follow up regularly with subsidiaries to ensure timely submission of required information.

Sustainability Reporting and Compliance

Assist in the preparation of the annual Sustainability Report.

Map collected data to relevant reporting frameworks such as GRI and SGX requirements.

Ensure disclosures meet regulatory and exchange listing requirements.

Support the preparation of supporting schedules and documentation for internal review and external assurance.

Monitor updates in sustainability reporting regulations and highlight compliance implications.

Coordination with External Consultants

Work closely with appointed sustainability consultants on reporting requirements and data validation.

Provide required data and supporting information in a timely manner.

Coordinate clarification and follow up queries between consultants and subsidiaries.

Internal Coordination and Process Improvement

Guide subsidiary representatives on reporting templates and data submission requirements.

Provide basic training or briefing sessions on reporting timelines and data collection processes where required.

Support improvements to internal reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Participate in Sustainability Committee meetings and provide updates on reporting progress.

Administrative and Compliance Support

Maintain records of sustainability policies, reporting templates, and supporting documentation.

Support compliance related tasks assigned by management.

Perform other duties as assigned in support of corporate reporting functions.

Job Requirements : Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sustainability reporting, ESG, compliance, corporate reporting, audit, or related functions. Must have hands-on experience in coordinating, consolidating, and managing data submissions across multiple countries, subsidiaries, business units, or legal entities. Must have experience in data validation, reporting, technical documentation, compliance records, or audit supporting documents, and maintaining proper supporting records. Strong Excel, numerical, documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills. Knowledge or practical exposure to sustainability/ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI Standards and SGX sustainability reporting requirements, and IFRS is required. Able to manage multiple reporting deadlines and work with different internal and external stakeholders. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
