Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

Prepare and monitor budget and keep track of projects expenditures e.g. budget and cost control.

Preparation of monthly progress claim.

Preparation of project cash flow forecast.

Prepare interim valuation and certificate of sub-contractors claims according to work completed and evaluate variation claims.

Preparation and submission of Variation Orders.

Discussion with consultants on Variation Orders.

Attendance of site/technical meetings.

EOT claims preparation.

Evaluation of price comparison summary.

Quantity take off, cost estimation, preparation of tender submission with specific deadline.

Lead and train Junior QS.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in full cycle of Quantity Surveying.

Experience in HDBBTO project is required.

Working experiences with Main Contractor would be an advantage.

Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
