Logistics Assistant

• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
• Support customs clearance and logistics documentation processes.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.
• Handle documentation and submissions related to government authorities and portals when required.
• Assist in processing logistics-related approvals and permits.
• Maintain and update shipment records, trackers, and logistics files.
• Ensure timely follow-up of deliveries and shipment schedules.
• Support documentation requirements related to:

MOFA MOD SIRA Chamber of Commerce

• Prepare reports, correspondence, and logistics records using MS Office applications.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.

Experience

• Experience in logistics coordination, customs clearance, or related logistics activities is preferred.
• Experience dealing with UAE government-related documentation and approvals is advantageous.
• Familiarity with MOFA, MOD, SIRA, and Chamber of Commerce processes is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in English communication (spoken and written).
• Basic Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to operational requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Certifications

• Any professional certification related to logistics, supply chain, transportation, administration, or operations is acceptable and considered an advantage.
