Accountant for a Public Company
Responsibilities: Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards; responsibility for month, quarter, and year-end closing processes; financial and accounting analyses and preparation of working papers; management and supervision of internal controls and SOX processes; working with external auditors and consultants; supporting accounting issues, transactions, and financial processes; professional supervision of the bookkeeping and supporting the management and the parent company; streamlining work processes and implementing professional controls and tools.
Requirements: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory; experience as an Accountant, Assistant Accountant, or in the field of financial reporting – mandatory; experience with public companies or from a large accounting firm – mandatory; in-depth proficiency in IFRS and financial reporting; high proficiency in Excel; experience with Priority – advantage; high level of English.
