Service Coordinator Loader Cranes (m/f/d)

About the company

At Tadano Faun GmbH at the Lauf an der Pegnitz location near Nuremberg, we develop, produce, and distribute All-Terrain cranes with around 700 employees worldwide. Furthermore, we develop and manufacture truck-mounted cranes at our location, which are mounted on commercially available truck chassis.

Your tasks

• You carry out initial commissioning at the vehicle manufacturer and train them on our products (incl. follow-up training)
• You build a service partner network and establish contact with existing workshops with PM customers for the development of service workshops
• You are the first point of contact for our partners regarding repairs; if necessary, you will also be required in the field to provide support to partners
• You take care of warranty cases, their processing, and act as the constant interface between PM and the partners
• Likewise, you are responsible for the spare parts process and also serve as an important link between PM and the partners

Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training, further training as a Meister or Techniker
• You have already gained at least 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle construction with a focus on loader cranes
• You have initial knowledge of MSR
• You are willing to travel
• Very good English skills
