Job Title: Restaurant Cleaner / Janitor Location: Singapore (Central / East / West / North) Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and thorough Restaurant Cleaner / Janitor to keep our venue spotless, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, restrooms, entryways, and back-of-house operations to ensure we meet top Singapore Food Agency (SFA) hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Dining & Front-of-House Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and polish floor surfaces before opening and after closing. Keep glass doors, windows, and decor clean and smudge-free.

Restroom Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and regularly restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels) in customer and staff restrooms throughout shift hours.

Waste & Hygiene Management: Empty trash bins, replace liners, handle recyclable materials, and dispose of food waste properly following SFA and NEA sanitation guidelines.

Deep Cleaning Tasks: Conduct periodic deep cleaning of high-touch surfaces, exhaust vents, floor drains, grease traps, and staff break areas.

Inventory Control: Monitor cleaning supply levels (detergents, disinfectants, mops) and report low stock or maintenance issues to management.

Requirements Prior cleaning or janitorial experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is preferred, but not essential. Fresh applicants are welcome.

Strong attention to detail with high hygiene standards.

Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy gear (e.g., mop buckets, garbage bags) and standing for long hours.

Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and Public Holidays.

Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,500 / month, depending on experience.

Allowances: Overtime (OT) pay, shift allowances, and late-night transport subsidy where applicable.
