Job Scope : Responsible for welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets seating procedures.

Be familiar with the menu, promotions, and service procedures.

Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries at the restaurant.

Provide full assistance to incoming inquiries via email or telephone and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.

Maintain the reservation book/ communications book

Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay

Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival

Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned tables are prepared prior guest arrival.

Prefer to have Latin American background

(*) Your work will be scheduled in a weekly roster with working hours between 7:00am and 1:00am and you will be expected to work on most weekends and public holidays, however we can and we do have exceptions for applicants with justified schedule restrictions.
