Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward

Job Title: Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward Location: Singapore (Central / East / West / North) Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and efficiency in our kitchen, ensuring our service team and guests always have clean dinnerware and cookware ready. Key Responsibilities Dishwashing Operations: Wash, sanitize, and properly store all plates, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using both commercial dishwashing machines and manual handwashing methods.

Kitchen Sanitation: Sweep, mop, and maintain the hygiene of the dishwashing and kitchen area.

Waste Management: Clear trash bins, replace liners, and properly dispose of food waste in accordance with NEA guidelines.

Stock & Inventory: Unpack, organize, and restock kitchen supplies, cleaning chemicals, and tableware.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safe food handling and workplace health and safety protocols.

Requirements Prior experience in F&B, dishwashing, or stewarding is an advantage (entry-level applicants welcome).

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (e.g., dish racks, trash bags).

Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.

Good work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team.

Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,500, depending on experience.

Allowances: OT pay, late-night transport allowance, or shift incentives where applicable.
