Warehouse Executive

Job Description: Receive, unload, count and stock physical inventory in the warehouse

Pick and pack items accurately according to the Delivery order form and specified packing guidelines

Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory spaces and workstation neat, including sweeping and vacuuming

Organize the warehouse and work area, tag stocks and ensure orderliness at all times

Perform bi-annually stock takes on all products in the warehouse

Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock align with the inventory management system and record all stock movements diligently

Our Requirement: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing/logistics, ideally with direct exposure to the construction sector

Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Words, Excel and Outlook)

Immediate availability or the ability to start on short notice is a strong advantage
