Your tasks

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete Financial Management lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring total accuracy and transparency from groundbreaking to completion.
• Perform deep-dive Financial Analysis to optimize project budgets, identify variances, and mitigate financial risks.
• Manage critical Banking relationships and ensure seamless cash flow for On-site operations.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Management teams to align financial goals with project milestones and delivery schedules.
• Implement and maintain robust Cost Control measures to enhance overall project profitability.
• Prepare comprehensive Financial Reporting packages for senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of proven experience in a dedicated accounting role, specifically within the Construction.
• Expert-level mastery of Financial Analysis, Accounting principles, and Financial Management.
• Strong background in Project Accounting and Cost Control methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP Systems and advanced financial software tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Banking operations and complex cash flow requirements.
• Must be able to work On-site in Giza, Egypt.
• A relevant university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• The Experienced level leadership capability to manage financial operations independently and drive results.
