Your tasks
The Role & Impact As the head of our Technical Office, you will be the strategic anchor for our electromechanical department. You will oversee the transformation of complex engineering concepts into reality, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of Engineering and Project Management. Your leadership will directly influence the success of large-scale construction and civil architecture ventures.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team within the Technical Office.
- Oversee the preparation of shop drawings, technical submittals, and Electromechanical designs.
- Coordinate seamlessly with civil and architectural teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Manage project timelines and resources using advanced Project Management methodologies.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with international and local standards.
Requirements
- 15-20 years of extensive experience in Electromechanical Engineering and Technical Office management.
- Proven track record at a Managerial level, leading large teams and complex projects.
- Expertise in Electromechanical systems, Engineering principles, and Technical Office workflows.
- Advanced Project Management skills with a focus on construction and mechanical/electrical integration.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, BIM, and Cost Estimation software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and Value Engineering capabilities.
- Must be able to work On-site in Giza, Egypt.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
