Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing: Lead the identification, evaluation, and selection of suppliers and contractors for civil infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and budget constraints.
Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and manage complex procurement contracts, ensuring favorable terms, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Cost Optimization: Conduct thorough cost analysis and market research to identify opportunities for savings and value engineering without compromising quality.
Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Technical Review: Collaborate closely with engineering and project management teams to understand technical requirements and ensure procured items meet all specifications.
Logistics & Delivery: Oversee the procurement lifecycle, from requisition to delivery, ensuring materials and equipment arrive on schedule.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures for procured goods and services, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Experience & Expertise: We are seeking an Experienced professional with 3-7 years of dedicated experience in civil engineering, construction, or procurement, specifically within infrastructure projects.
Core Competencies: A solid foundation in Civil Engineering principles and practices.
Proven experience in Construction project environments, understanding project lifecycles and demands.
Demonstrable expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain Management , including strategic sourcing and vendor selection.
Strong capabilities in Engineering project support and technical specification review.
Exceptional skills in Contract Negotiation and Vendor Management .
Proficiency in Cost Analysis and budget management for large-scale projects.
Experience with Quality Assurance processes in construction and engineering.
Familiarity with Infrastructure Development projects and their unique procurement challenges.
