GROUP FINANCE ANALYST | LONDON
Are you a finance professional with strong group reporting, financial analysis and forecasting experience, looking for your next challenge within an international business?
T2MResourcing are working with a well-established, international organisation to recruit a Group Finance Analyst to join its Group Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in group reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting and financial planning, while helping to improve and automate finance processes across an international operation.
Location: London – Hybrid (1 to 2 days in the office per week) Salary circa £65,000 + Benefits Package
The Role – what will you be doing as Group Finance Analyst:
- Prepare and analyse monthly group financial reporting packs, including insightful commentary on performance and variances.
- Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity reporting and working capital analysis.
- Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting cycles and three-year financial models.
- Review and challenge financial submissions from international subsidiaries.
- Support intercompany reporting, balance sheet reviews and external audit requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve, streamline and automate reporting processes.
What we’re looking for:
- ACA, ACCA Qualified, trained in practice.
- Strong financial and management reporting experience, including month-end processes.
- Solid understanding of balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting and working capital.
- Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and financial modelling.
- Experience working within, or supporting, an international group finance environment.
- Working knowledge of IFRS16 and lease accounting software.
- A proactive, analytical individual with excellent attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights, IFRS 16, Power Query or financial reporting automation would be advantageous.
