Planning and Business Analysis Manager

What you need to do:

• Organize the planning and forecasting process as part of tasks for budget formation and long-term market plan development.
• Develop, implement, and update the planning model with the necessary level of detail.
• Analyze the execution of budget indicators by key drivers, segments, channels, and b2b business lines.
• Organize the planning process as part of tasks for forming commercial KPI.
• Conduct analytics of tariffs and services: post-analysis of initiative launches and lineup updates.
• Develop the format and model for regular reporting on key indicators (RF / MR / regions), determining the required level of detail.
• Create and develop planning and budgeting models broken down by products.
• Create new reports upon business request.
• Interact with heads of product lines, financial departments, and sales blocks when adjusting and coordinating forecasts.

What is important to us:

• At least 3 years of experience in analyzing financial and operational indicators.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA).
• Skills in modeling and analyzing marketing and financial indicators.
• Experience in writing technical specifications for the improvement of analytical systems and cubes.
• English proficiency at a level sufficient to understand and analyze international analytical practices.
• Higher education: economics, finance, statistics, mathematics.
