Reporting and Business Analysis Manager

What you will need to do:

• Formulate requirements for technical specifications (TS) for the improvement of the company's information systems, implement new metrics and dimensions for regular federal reporting.
• Develop the format and model of regular reporting on key indicators (RF / MR / regions), determine the necessary level of detail.
• Create and develop planning and budgeting models by product.
• Monitor the fulfillment of forecasts and develop new reporting forms for the corporate segment's KPI.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports for senior management.
• Participate in projects to develop the company's reporting systems: approve and adjust TS for the development of unified metrics and analytical cubes.
• Coordinate requirements for unified federal commercial reporting with CF / MR departments.
• Interact with heads of product lines, financial departments, and sales blocks when adjusting and approving forecasts.

What is important to us:

• Higher education: economics, finance, statistics, mathematics.
• At least 3 years of experience in analyzing financial and operational indicators.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA).
• Confident knowledge of SQL (teradata).
• Knowledge of the basics of Python programming.
• Experience working with BI systems and other analytical tools.
• Skills in modeling and analyzing marketing and financial indicators.
• Time series forecasting skills.
• Experience in writing technical specifications for the improvement of analytical systems and cubes.
• English language proficiency at a level sufficient for understanding and analyzing international analytical practices.
• Basic knowledge of Python programming basics is welcome.
