Planner at T&S Flexwerk

We are looking for a Planner at T&S Flexwerk in Waalwijk to strengthen our team and ensure that our personnel and transport planning runs smoothly every day.

About the position

As a Planner, you are responsible for the daily planning of temporary workers and transport. From long-term planning to last-minute changes: you maintain the overview and ensure that everything goes according to plan.

You work closely with temporary workers, customers, and internal colleagues to ensure that the personnel and transport planning is well organized.

You monitor the availability, inflow, throughput, and outflow of temporary workers and anticipate future personnel needs. At the same time, you focus on satisfaction and building strong, long-term relationships with our customers and employees.

Clear communication is important in this position. You make clear agreements, set clear expectations, and are a reliable point of contact for temporary workers and customers.

When the planning changes, you switch quickly and think in solutions. Administrative tasks are also part of your daily duties. You ensure that our planning and software systems are correct and up-to-date.

In addition, you will get the opportunity to think along about improvements within our personnel, planning, and transport processes.

What do we ask?

• Mbo-/secondary school diploma or comparable level
• Good command of the English language is required
• Knowledge of Spanish, Polish and/or Dutch is a plus
• Experience with planning or within the recruitment industry is a plus
