Finished Goods Warehouse Officer (Soi Bang Kradi 30, Rama 2)

Your tasks

1. Control and inspect the receipt of goods into the finished goods warehouse, including verifying information and recording receipt transactions in the SAP system accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Manage storage space for maximum utilization and control product storage to be organized, clean, and in accordance with specified standards.
3. Control and inspect the quantity of products and assets within the warehouse to prevent loss and damage.
4. Coordinate with the Production Department, Sales Department, Cost Accounting Department, and Drug Registration Department regarding receiving, counting, and delivering goods.
5. Control the preparation and packing of products for delivery to customers to ensure accuracy and speed according to the schedule.
6. Control, monitor, and improve warehouse operations to comply with GMP, ISO, 5S, and specified KPI standards.
7. Prepare warehouse performance reports as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

1. Age 24 years or older.
2. Vocational Diploma (ปวส.) or higher, or equivalent.
3. At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
4. At least 1 year of experience in a Warehouse Supervisor position.
5. Knowledge of product storage, data and report preparation, as well as warehouse operating procedures.
6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
7. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
8. Skills in communication, coordination, and teamwork.
9. Leadership qualities, responsibility, honesty, patience, discipline, and good problem-solving skills.
10. Able to work Monday - Saturday.
