Scientist (Analytical Method Development)

1. Supervise the performance of employees to ensure compliance with company regulations.
2. Comply with company regulations and all departmental operating procedures.
3. Cooperate and coordinate in the establishment of the quality system with the QMR.
4. Follow analytical methods to be used for quality control of products in the analytical method development stage.
5. Analyze product quality to inspect quality and monitor the stability of drugs in the product development stage.
6. Prepare quality control documents for products in the product development stage.
7. Prepare product quality analysis reports and related documents for drug registration.
8. Be responsible for quality analysis instruments and related equipment used in product quality control development.
9. Be responsible for standard substances, chemicals, and various glassware used in operations.
10. Able to perform basic troubleshooting on-site.
11. Provide training and knowledge to employees in the department (On The Job Training) for both new and existing employees to increase work knowledge and understanding.
12. Others as assigned by the Department Manager.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, majoring in Chemistry. Internship or work experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic companies will be specially considered. Possess basic chemical calculation skills or higher. Possess basic listening/reading/writing English skills or higher. Possess good communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Possess attention to detail and discipline.
