Supply Analyst

Location: Salvador Oeste Industry: Retail Salary range: $1,300 to $1,600 Working day: Monday to Friday Your objective will be: To plan and ensure the timely supply of assigned categories, using demand analysis, inventories, trends, and market behavior to maintain adequate availability, optimize inventory levels, and anticipate risks of surpluses or stockouts. This opportunity is for you, if: • You have studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related careers. • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply, replenishment, or demand planning, managing inventories, forecasts, and replenishment needs with a focus on availability, coverage, and inventory optimization. • You have worked with indicators such as coverage, turnover, stock levels, and ABC classification. • You have experience in supplier follow-up and service levels, ideally through indicators such as OTIF. • You have intermediate English and stand out for your analytical capacity, organization, and results orientation. Key responsibilities: • You will plan and control the supply of assigned categories, defining parameters that ensure product availability in adequate quantity and time. • You will analyze trends, demand behavior, promotions, and the market to develop and improve supply forecasts. • You will monitor inventory position, coverage, ABC classification, and risks of surpluses or stockouts, proposing timely actions. • You will generate purchase suggestions and follow up on the correct issuance of orders, ensuring continuity in the flow of merchandise. • You will follow up on supplier service levels, evaluating compliance in quantity and time through indicators such as OTIF and managing deviations together with Purchasing. • You will propose improvements in logistical conditions and supply parameters, such as MOQ, lead time, safety stock, and other factors that impact inventory efficiency. -Requirements- Minimum education: University 4 years of experience Languages: English Age: between 30 and 45 years Knowledge: Analytical capacity, Teamwork, Supply, Analysis, Results orientation, Inventory Driver's licenses: automobiles / cars Keywords: analyst
