Provide professional TCM consultation, diagnosis, and treatment services, including acupuncture, herbal prescriptions, and other approved TCM modalities.
Deliver patient-centred care with empathy, professionalism, and excellent bedside manners.
Ensure compliance with the TCMPB Code of Professional Conduct and Ethical Practice Guidelines.
Conduct TCM health talks and patient education programmes when required.
Promote public awareness of Traditional Chinese Medicine and preventive healthcare.
Participate in community outreach programmes, health screenings, and healthcare initiatives.
Collaborate with physicians, staff, volunteers, and multidisciplinary teams to support clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Registered TCM Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), Singapore.
Bachelor's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
Competent in acupuncture and general TCM clinical practice.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential to communicate with diverse patient groups
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Good understanding of healthcare ethics, patient safety, clinical governance, and quality assurance principles.
Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
