Responsibilities
- Perform professional TCM wellness treatments, including Tuina massage, meridian therapy, lymphatic drainage, herbal heat therapy, cupping, gua sha, and foot reflexology.
- Assess clients' wellness needs and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Provide personalized health and wellness advice based on TCM principles.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
- Record treatment details and monitor clients' progress.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and workplace safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine or wellness therapy.
- Strong knowledge of TCM techniques and holistic wellness practices.
- Excellent massage and therapeutic skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Relevant TCM, massage, or wellness certifications are preferred.
