Front Desk & Clinic Administration
- Manage patient registration, appointments, payments and billing
- Perform general administrative duties and maintain accurate records
- Support insurance-related administration where applicable
- Organise and prioritise tasks during busy clinic sessions
Clinic Operations
- Follow established clinic procedures and instructions carefully
- Pack and prepare medications according to the TCM physician’s instructions and established clinic procedures
- Provide operational assistance to the TCM physician as required
- Restock and organise clinic supplies
- Support clinic opening and closing procedures
Housekeeping & Workplace Organisation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of reception, treatment and common areas
- Perform routine housekeeping duties
- Keep clinic supplies and work areas clean, organised and properly stored
- Maintain good hygiene and workplace safety practices
Teamwork & Reliability
- Work cooperatively with physicians and other team members
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Be punctual, dependable and willing to support different operational duties when required
- Learn new procedures and apply instructions accurately

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-oriented and comfortable interacting with patients
- Responsible, reliable and willing to learn
- Comfortable performing hands-on duties, including housekeeping
- Comfortable standing and moving around for extended periods during clinic sessions
- Able to follow procedures and instructions carefully
