Prepare 2D/3D concept, schematic, detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD/Revit/BIM

Work according to project schedule

Meticulously check all drawings before submission

Maintain, update and edit drawing sets according to feedback from consultant/client

Drawings logs and relevant documents has to be updated, maintained and filed in server

Ensure dimensions of fitments / fixtures/ materials/ equipment drawn will fit and feedback if there is mismatch

Liaise with designers and other stakeholders to capture approved design changes

Assist to oversee project from start to finish

Generating proper and professional paper works related to running projects eg. Schedules, progress updates, BOQ, material list etc and filed in server

Ensure that construction activities progress according to site schedule and design intention

Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project

Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meeting with all the sub-teams

Serve as a link with the clients with Project manager

Review the deliverables prepared by the team

Any other duties assigned by supervisor / Project Manager

Candidate must possess a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity awarded by BCA Academy
