Talent Pool Pedagogical Advisors: Systemic Bilingual

Systemic Bilingual's pedagogical advisors are flexible, attentive, and always able to offer high-level taylor-made services to our partners, in accordance with our methodology and the school culture of our partner schools. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - We are looking for enthusiastic leaders who are able to successfully support school's bilingual environment comprehensively.Hardworking, commited with a lifelong learning mindset and dedicated profiles are required.Systemic Bilingual's learning analysts are flexible, attentive and always able to deliver top-notch taylor-made services to our partners in accordance with our methodology and our partner's school culture.Responsibilities and assignments Ensure the success of the implementation and use of the Systemic methodology in partner schools, through: Supporting the implementation and resolving doubts of the partner school team; Supporting the teacher selection process together with the partner school; Offering training to the school's teaching staff; Observing classes and providing feedback to teachers; Guiding teachers by offering strategies for students with more difficulties or specific needs; Suggesting extra classes and activities during weekly planning with teachers; Guiding the teacher regarding the use of the material; Developing and implementing action plans; Representing the Systemic culture with excellence in delivering results and attention to partner schools; Promoting and informing the school community about the Systemic Bilingual program.Requirements and qualifications Fluent English - C1 level of the CEFR; Preferred degree in Letras, Pedagogia or Psicopedagogia; Experience in bilingual teaching contexts; Excellent knowledge of the Base Nacional Comum Curricular; Skills in the use of educational technologies and hybrid teaching contexts; Use of digital management tools such as Excel, Microsoft, Google Trello etc. Ability to write and manage information; Ability to lead, engage, and motivate large and small teams; Organizational skills and meeting deadlines. Proactivity in actions for faculty development and expansion of the methodology in partner schoolsAdditional information We are constantly looking for pedagogical advisors in all states of Brazil. It is important that you indicate which is your region and, if you are available to move to other states, let us know as well. Our positions are for independent professionals, that is, hiring as Pessoa Jurídica, allowing our advisors to organize themselves within their schedules of visits, observations, meetings, and feedbacks, meeting the objectives of the school and the Systemic methodology, bringing greater flexibility.
