Our founders, Vanessa and Fátima Tenório, started in the classroom, teaching English, at the age of 14. Not satisfied with traditional English teaching methods, they aimed to innovate what is done in the classroom. Much more than teaching English, they set the goal of creating a methodology that would make it possible to educate in English. This is how, in 2002, Systemic was born, the first bilingual program in Brazil. Here, we believe in collaborative work. We are the Systeam, the team of people who believe in the impact and transformation that education generates. Our values are honesty of purpose, continuous learning, systemic vision, excellence, and respect. Today, Systemic is in the 5 regions of Brazil and we have the opportunity to impact the lives of all those who live the Systemic experience: students, teachers, coordinators and directors, school communities, as well as the members of our Systeam. If you, like us, believe in the transformation that education can make, come be part of our Systeam!
