Who we are looking for

• You will work in the Strategic Procurement of the international Systemair Group and actively help shape our procurement strategy
• As a central interface, you will connect procurement, IT, and external partners and translate technical requirements into efficient solutions
• You will be responsible for and manage EDI connections as well as digital procurement tools in the area of Indirect Purchase
• You will drive the digitalization and standardization of our procurement processes – including on the basis of Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools
• Through the creation of meaningful evaluations and statistics as well as careful article and master data maintenance, you will ensure transparent decisions
• You will participate in international procurement projects and proactively contribute your ideas for optimizing processes and tools

What we expect

• Commercial professional experience, ideally in procurement, in the Supply Chain, or in process-related functions
• Experience in the management or implementation of digitalization or IT-related projects (e.g., introduction of new tools, interfaces, EDI)
• Confident handling of common Office applications; experience with Microsoft 365 tools is an advantage
• Good English skills in speaking and writing as well as willingness for occasional international business trips
• A structured, independent way of working, very good self-management, and a strong hands-on mentality
• Interest in technical contexts and enjoyment in understanding and improving processes – even better!
