Who we are looking for
- Coordinating all phases of the product development process, from the concept idea to production and market launch
- Close cooperation with R&D, Engineering, Production, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to define project goals and results
- Creating detailed project plans, including schedules, resource planning, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitoring project progress and performance as well as reporting to stakeholders
- Conducting "Lessons Learned" and thereby promoting a continuous improvement process
What we expect
- Completed studies or further training in the field of Project Management
- Practical experience as a Project Manager, preferably in product development within the ventilation industry
- Competence in Project Management tools and processes
