Your Tasks

• Technical requirements and project management in special machine construction.
• Close cooperation with sales, engineering, product development, and quality assurance.
• Ongoing analysis and optimization of internal processes regarding quality, costs, output, and productivity.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships, monitoring customer satisfaction & escalation management.
• Ensuring efficient scheduling & ensuring project goals.
• Supporting the technical support team in processing customer inquiries.

Your Profile

• Completed technical education (HTL / FH / UNIV) in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• Very good organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
• Enjoyment of technical-interdisciplinary thinking and action.
• Very good English skills and the ability to work in an international environment.

• Performance-related pay according to KV Metallgewerbe, LG IV, gross monthly salary from € 4,500.- (significant overpayment depending on qualification and experience provided)
