Project Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality requirements.
Conduct project kick-off, progress, and coordination meetings to align project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work procedures, risk assessments, progress reports, and handover records.
Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and project costs, and provide regular updates on project performance.
Review project requirements, schedules, materials, equipment, and manpower planning to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, customers, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical support and expertise for product installation, maintenance, and repair services.
Support the Sales team by providing technical consultation and responding to customer technical inquiries.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics)
- Hands on experience in Warehousing solutions – Industrial door, loading dock solutions, and etc.
- Min. 2 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical installation and troubleshooting.
- Able to read Mechanical 2D drawings and simple hydraulic/pneumatic and electrical circuits.
- Responsible and reliable and a team player, able to blend in with any groups and work successfully as part of a team
- Self-driven with positive working attitude and safety mindset
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possesses Singapore Class 3 Drivers’ License, preferably with own vehicle.
